At MAZE Egypt, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while ensuring transparent and fair refund policies. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Standard Tours & Activities:
- Full Refund: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows.
Custom/Private Tours & Large Groups:
- Full Refund: Cancellation at least 7 days in advance.
- 50% Refund: Cancellation between 3-7 days before the tour.
- No Refund: Cancellation within 72 hours of the tour.
Special Events & Desert Safaris:
- Non-refundable within 7 days due to logistical arrangements.
2. Cancellation by MAZE Egypt
If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund OR
- Option to reschedule (subject to availability).
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Bank transfer refunds may take longer (depending on your bank).
- Service fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date/activity changes are free if requested 48+ hours before the tour.
- Late changes may incur a 10-20% fee (subject to availability).
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Airline tickets, train passes, or third-party bookings follow the provider’s policies.
- “Non-Refundable” labeled tours (clearly stated during booking).
6. Force Majeure
No refunds for cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
- In such cases, we offer future travel credits valid for 12 months.
