1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are in USD/EUR/EGP and may change due to seasonal adjustments or unforeseen circumstances.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by You:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us:
- If MAZE Egypt cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or alternative booking.
3. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
- Passport, visa, and health requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.
- MAZE Egypt is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date/activity changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the tour.
5. Liability & Safety
- MAZE Egypt acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
- We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses during tours.
- Participants must follow safety instructions from guides.
6. Privacy Policy
- Personal data is collected for booking purposes only.
- We do not share information with third parties without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content (text, images, logos) on mazeegypt.com is owned by MAZE Egypt and protected by copyright.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts.
